NOTE THESE ARE THE TIMES FOR THE 2016 SEASON WE WILL UPDATE THE 2017 TIMES AS SOON AS THEY ARE PUBLISHED BY THE CRUISE OPERATORS

A very popular part of any Loch Lomond experience is getting on the loch itself. Cruises are great fun and there are some excellent boat operators, with some great products.

Over the last few months The Oak Tree has been working hard to improve water access in Balmaha and improve connectivity. Coming soon we will be introducing a new pontoon to the village, with for the first time disabled access. Ultimately this will increase the options to travel around the loch and to enjoy cruises. We will keep you updated with news and developments.

From Balmaha you can get a boat across to Luss, on the west side of the loch, or take the short ferry ride over to Inchcailloch Island. You can also join the Post Boat service as it travels around Loch Lomond’s islands delivering the mail to the residents. Here is more information about the 2016 services. If you have any questions please ask at our reception.
