The Fraser Family, owners of The Oak Tree Inn, have worked hard to create all of the services that you need to get the most out of your trip to this beautiful part of Loch Lomond.

The Oak Tree Inn is officially Scotland’s Best Independent Pub of the Year, winning this highly coveted title at the 2015 SLTN Awards our bar and restaurant serves food from midday to 9pm. Dining is offered in either our cosy fire side bar or separate conservatory restaurant.
Next to the Oak Tree Inn and also owned by the family is The Village Shop, selling groceries, newspapers and magazines, maps, toys, gifts and many other items.
The newly opened St Mocha Coffee Shop & Ice Cream Parlour serves speciality coffee and teas with home baking and homemade ice cream.
You will find lots of local information at The Oak Tree Inn’s reception, along with knowledgable staff who can help you plan your day.
Across the road from the Oak Tree Inn there is a large free car park that also has a National Park Visitor Centre with information and guides to the area.
For children there is a big play area adjacent to the National Park Visitor Centre.
Next to the Oak Tree the Balmaha Boatyard offers trips to nearby Inchcailloch Island and on its regular post boat trip around the islands, or from the pier you can take a waterbus trip across the loch to Luss with Sweeney’s Cruises.
There is also easy access to many excellent walks including The West Highland Way, Millennium Forrest and Conic Hill, plus Ben Lomond is just a short drive away.
