The Oak Tree Inn offers 42 bedrooms across the original inn and close-by cottages on the West Highland Way, in the stunning village of Balmaha on the banks of Loch Lomond

Opened in 1997 by Sandy and Lucy Fraser, we were proud to be SLTN’s Independent Pub/Bar of the Year 2025.

In the adjoining St Mocha Coffee Shop and Ice Cream Parlour, you will find Loch Lomond Coffee Co. roasting fresh coffee on-site.

We have live music on Thursdays and Sundays, plus a number of unique spaces for Meetings & Events, including The Bus and The Roastery

Sustainability and the Race to Net Zero are at the forefront of our decision. We have over 300 solar panels that power much of the site, including our EV charging points. It is our mission to continue to develop Balmaha as Loch Lomond’s Ultimate Destination
