The Oak Tree Inn is just 50 minutes from both Glasgow and Stirling and 90 minutes from Edinburgh by car. Glasgow Airport is only 40 minutes away. On foot, you will find us on The West Highland Way at the foot of Conic Hill.

From March to October, a water bus service connects Balmaha with Luss on the western shores of Loch Lomond.

You can catch a 309 bus service from Ballch to Balmaha. Balloch is just over 10 miles away from us and is where you will find the nearest train station. A train runs straight from Glasgow Queen Street to Balloch.

If you are lucky enough to own a helicopter, you can land on the helipad on our grounds!
