The Oak Tree Inn Accommodation

Dog-Friendly Stays
We understand that pets are part of the family. A limited number of our rooms are dog-friendly for an additional £20 per night. Dogs are welcome in our bar and conservatory areas, ensuring you can all enjoy your visit together. Please note, our restaurant remains dog-free to accommodate guests with allergies, and our pods are not suitable for pets. Kindly inform us during booking if you're bringing a dog, so we can prepare accordingly.

Flexible Rate: Your credit or debit card guarantees your room, but no charges are made at the time of booking. You will be charged in full 2 days prior to arrival.
If the booking is cancelled after this time or the guest fails to arrive, no refunds will be offered.
Advance Purchase & Seasonal Deal Rates: All Advance Purchase rates require full prepayment for the entire stay at the time of booking. Please note that all Advance Purchase payments are non-refundable if the booking is cancelled.
In the event of guests causing any damage to hotel property, we reserve the right to charge the card on file for any costs incurred for repairs, replacements or cleaning. Please note smoking is not allowed indoors as per Scottish Law. A fee of £150 will be charged if you smoke in your room during your stay.

We have a gluten-friendly menu. However, we do currently use shared fryers and a shared pizza oven.

Our Premier Deluxe room has a bath with a TV, and some of our Deluxe rooms also have baths.

We have free parking for hotel residents. For guests visiting our restaurant, there are car parks in the village just metres away.
On arrival to check-in, park behind the reception and leave your bags in your car, as we may redirect you to a nearby cottage
