We are proud to lead the way when it comes to sustainability in rural hospitality.
We have over 300 solar panels on site which power much of the site. We grow our own fruit and veg in our polytunnel and turn them in to delicious things in our energy efficient production kitchen. We’d be delighted to offer tours of our full site.
