Accommodation on the West Highland Way, Loch Lomond

The Oak Tree Inn is in the picturesque lochside village of Balmaha, on the famous West Highland Way. We have B&B accommodation in rooms above the inn and in a series of beautiful cottages just yards from the main building (see map at the bottom of page). We offer single rooms, twins, doubles, family rooms and pods.

Each room has a unique character, all with different features and specifications. If you have any specific requests, please let us know during the booking process and we will endeavour to cater to your needs.

We have a limited number of dog-friendly bedrooms for an additional £20 per night, and dogs are allowed in our bar and conservatory. Our restaurant remains completely dog-free for guests with allergies. Please declare your dog prior to arrival so we can ensure you are in an appropriate room.

We have everything you will need during your stay, including a bar and restaurant, Village Shop, and St Mocha Coffee shop serving up our own Loch Lomond Coffee which is roasted on-site, plus our homemade ice cream.

All rooms are en-suite and have free parking (with EV charging points if required), free Wi-Fi access, flat-screen TV’s, hairdryers and a complimentary beverage tray.

We are easily accessible, just 30 minutes drive from Stirling and around 45 minutes from Glasgow.
